Printed too small or too big?
Your printer shrank the page to fit. Print again and change the scale:
- Computer: in the print window, set Scale to 100% or pick "Actual size". Turn off "Fit to page".
- Phone or tablet: open the PDF, tap Share, then Print. Turn off "Scale to fit" if you see it.
Then measure the 1-inch bar at the bottom of the page.
Tips for carving a name
- Keep it short. Four to six letters fit best on the front of a medium pumpkin.
- Never cut through the thin white bridges in O, A, B, D, P, Q and R. They hold the centers in place.
- Carve the letter centers first, then the outer edges, so the pumpkin wall stays strong while you work.
- Add a name to any carving pattern: open a design and type the name under it.
